To the pub! London’s best beer gardens

‘Tis officially the season for outdoor drinking, so we’ve found a few cool destinations that you should hit up for a spot of alcohol (definitely) and sunbathing (hopefully). First stop is The Ship in Wandsworth. Set on the banks of the Thames, this pub has got ample riverside seating and a cracking food menu, which means you’ve got no excuse but to spend a day there, because it’s got all your summer basics covered. If you can tear yourself away, you should make your next stop The Eagle in Shepherd’s Bush, just half-an-hour away by Uber. With a garden full of enormous, colourful bean bags and chairs and a love for all things beer and gin-related, it’s hard not to want to set up shop here until September ends. And finally, for the North London-based amongst you, be sure to drop by The Albion in Islington. Classy, insta-worthy and festooned with Wisteria, this pretty pub is the go-to place for family get-togethers or classy, balmy evenings filled with wine and Prosecco.
