METRO STILL THERE FOR COMMUTERS
In response to the recent tube strikes, Metro was more present than ever on the streets of London, ensuring commuters’ mornings weren’t further disrupted by the activity.
The urban media brand more than trebled the amount of stations it regularly hand distributes the newspaper at. Bottles of water and packets of sweets were also given out to brighten up difficult journeys for people in the capital.
*The newspaper was handed distributed at Brixton, Camberwell Green, Oxford Circus, Tottenham Court Road, Farringdon, Holborn, Great Portland Street, Goodge Street, King’s Cross and Liverpool Street. Water and sweets were also given at Goodge Street, King’s Cross and Liverpool Street.
